Privacy Policy
Colorogy collects very little. This page explains exactly what, in plain language.

What stays on your device
Colorogy's tools and quizzes run in your browser. The colors you pick and the answers you give are not sent to a server. Your theme choice (light or dark) and your cookie choice are saved in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device.
Accounts and forms
There are no accounts. The contact form opens your own email app; the message only reaches us if you send it. If you email us, we use your address only to reply.
Analytics
Colorogy uses Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode to understand which pages and tools are used, such as whether a quiz was completed or a color was copied. Analytics stays off until you press Accept on the banner. If you press Decline, or do not answer, it does not run. Visitors from the EU, the UK, Switzerland and the other regions listed in our consent settings have analytics storage set to denied by default, and all visitors see the same banner.
When analytics is on, Google may set cookies and collect general information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and a random identifier. We turn off Google signals and ad personalization, and we do not send names or email addresses. See how Google uses data.
To change your choice at any time, use the Cookie settings link in the footer. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage on this device.
Images in the palette tool
Images you open in the palette-from-image tool are processed in your browser and never leave your device. They are not uploaded or stored.
Advertising
Colorogy does not show ads at the moment. If ads from Google AdSense are added later, Google and its partners may use cookies to show and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted. This policy will be updated before that happens, and you can manage ad personalization in Google Ad Settings.
Hosting and logs
The site is hosted by Hostinger, which may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and requested URL) for security and reliability.
Children
Colorogy is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. If you are in a region with data-protection rights (such as the EU, UK or California), you may ask what we hold about you or ask for it to be deleted by writing to hello@colorogy.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it.
